Critiques
First of all, the entire setting reminds me of a perfect summer evening. The yellow and orange hue, the natural but not cliche surrounding, the pretty girl in the pretty sun dress - it looks like it might be a whimsical painting, but when you full view it, you can see it's a picture. It evokes nice thoughts and feelings when looking at it, the girl looks so enthralled and overjoyed to just be spinning around outside, without a care in the world. Gorgeous.
You managed to capture the movement fairly well, it's not too blurry and it isn't distracting. Her placement in the picture could have been better, but overall, it seems spontaneous enough to make it work, it gives it a 1970's feel.
I hate to critique without having any advice or tips to throw out, but I simply don't have any here, other then that it's muted in it's coloring just slightly enough to be distracting, because the trees run into the skyline and the ground line, but at the same time, it evens out when you think of it with another time era thrown in. So that can't even be considered a critique.
I'm very pleased that I chose to look at this picture - I feel better for it, like I'm on cloud nine with your model. It's incredibly endearing, truly! Well done.
